Incredibly Responsive. I called them for garage door spring replacement at 1:50 pm. At 2:15 the technician called. Arrived at 2:50 and was done by 3:20. Would recommend them. A bit pricey but worth it. Don't think I could have done much better.

I chose Precision because of the work they did repairing and installing neighbors' doors and because of the A+ BBB rating. I wanted someone reputable and local. The technician, Rick Jones, was much more than I expected in regards to his professionalism and knowledge. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel that I made the right decision in going with Precision. The only drawback was that I found the cost was a bit expensive. But like the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough as he explained we needed to have the pulleys replaced. He was not pushing to replace other parts which were still in working order. He was on time (appointment between 10-12, he arrived at 10:20). He called to say he was about 20 minutes out and he was correct. We have used this service twice before and certainly would recommend it
