Showed up within the time frame offered. Tech was proficient, knowledgeable, and honest. No upselling, no attempt to create more work, etc.. Work was done quickly and skillfully and bottom line is the repair functioned. I have three older garage doors, and one broke needing new cables, new gear in the motor compartment. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Sorry but I will have to stand with a 2 star rating until the job is completed! Your Tech was a very nice person, it is just a shame that he realized he didn't have the right parts (springs) to do the job, after working on it for 3 hours. Now I am facing a wait of 7 days with my wife's car sitting outside with a weather forecast of the coldest temps we have seen in many years! Mama ain't gonna be happy so Papa ain't happy!

Extremely happy with Precision. Had 2 openers installed. Brian was professional, helpful, courteous, and prompt. Our install was a very difficult one - very low ceilings and no room to use standard openers. Brian explained options, pros and cons, and made suggestion to help me with decision. All-in-all an extremely satisfying experience with a company I had never used before. I recommend highly to anyone.

The service was great. Diagnosed the problem and had the materials in the van. Price sounded good, so all was fixed in about 1.5 hours. Also got a wireless keypad and a new remote for my "old" door opener. Very satisfied with the prompt and professional way in which my problems were solved!!

Precision is a very professional company with all the latest technology, however, I think their prices reflect it...they are expensive. I think the technician was very knowledgeable and courteous, but I think he was over-inflating the work that needed to be done. However, if you want the job to be done properly and professionally then I feel confident that Precision would be the company to call. They came within the time frame that they said and they were available on the same day that I called. The only issue that I had was the cost.
