I cannot say enough about my Precision experience. I called service, was given a time frame and Brian, the service tech called and came an hour before the assigned time. He reviewed the problem, explained it to me and advised me THAT I WAS COVERED UNDER A WARRANTY I had not idea I had. The professionalism of the tech and the company as a whole is one that could be a model for all franchise commpany's. They live up to their name "Precision." Outstanding!!!
