Had you come out a few times for minor issues but loved the original system you had put in, so I got 10 plus years out of it. Your service people have always been excellent. This time Richie was excellent and I decided to install an entire updated system. He was very professional and did an excelent job.

Overall, good service and good product. However, when installer came he charged me an extra $50 to slide a few bikes and a bed frame to the back of the garage. I understand why the service fee exists for certain situations - but this was silly and from my perspective an overcharge of $50.
