I chose Precision based on reviews on their website. I am so glad that I did. Jay was dispatched to my home. He arrived on time and called before arrival. My remote was not working on my garage door and I felt that I needed a service on the door as I am a new homeowner here and did not think that the previous owner kept up with service. Needless to say, Jay was courteous and informative. He explained everything, I did need a new remote and opted for a new outside panel as well. He checked out my door and let me know that besides needing a good lubrication, my garage door was in good shape! I am very happy with Precision and especially Jay! Thank you! You have a loyal customer and I will spread the word!

My garage door was squeaking for the last 3-4 months i had lubricated the rollers and everything else Bob from precision came out listen to the door open and close thought he knew where it was coming from and lubricated a bearing on the roller Silence, so he informed me that there were metal shaving which he showed me ( bearing breaking down) , recommended changing the bearing spring and rollers. Garage door is silence as can be . Did a great job

They showed up as promised and on time.... Mike the technician was fully prepared to do whatever was necessary to get the job done (and THAT is why you always hire a veteran). Straightforward and honest, he told us what needed to be done without any pressure and once we agreed he went right about correcting several issues. Checked our other door and suggested we hold off for now as it wasn't quite ready for maintenance. And when it comes time for that maintenance work you know who I am going to call. Last year I had Precision install a new motor and keypad. This past Thursday the keypad stopped working. Due to my schedule, I was unable to get a technician in until Tuesday. Brian Ford, the technician, looked up my installation date, and said my warranty expired 2 days ago. He said no problem, we will honor that warranty since you called Precision before the warranty expired. He replaced the keypad and showed me how to reset it if this happens again. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. In fact, he had just installed a keypad for my sister last week. She and her husband will be moving in here in a few weeks. They also had a very good experience with Brian.

The response was great. Same day service as advertised. The technician was very friendly and helpful. Our door spring had suddenly broken and the technician was there within an hour. He replaced both springs, cables, brackets, lubricated the roller, belts and hinges and straightened the bent rail. He was done in a couple of hours. It was a bit expensive to get it all done, but we are very satisfied with the response and work done.
