This is probably one of the best run businesses I’ve come across in a long time. Late Thursday afternoon of July 4th weekend, my fussy garage door opener broke and the garage door went off its tracks and jammed in place. I called Precision but never expected a live person to answer the call, let alone schedule a repair for Saturday of July 4th weekend on LBI! Our repair person (Bobby) called before he came with an exact ETA, showed up on time, repaired the entire mechanism for a reasonable price and was so personable on top of it all. All was fixed before the company arrived, too!! Excellent job by everyone, starting with the initial polite person on the phone. Just wow!
