Was quoted $300 so I expected that. Turned out to be over twice that and the added $cost was for two cables and 4 pulleys? Tech was good. No prob there. Cable and pulley costs are outlandish.

Everything went smoothly. Except for 2 dents on the new door installed, but Tony notified your office, and the panels will be replaced. He also wrote it on his work sheet. So hopefully it will be taken care of soon. Tony was on time, professional and courteous. Left no mess. Explained all new items. Really nice to have such professional people do work. Hard to find in southern jersey!!!. Thank you very much.

Very pleased with my purchased of a new garage door and opener. Sales people in the Brick, NJ office were friendly and knowledgeable. Salesman that came to my home carefully looked over what I needed, offered suggestions, and provided experienced based feedback. Wait time for the door to be manufactured was reasonable (2 weeks). Installer (Mark) was terrific. Arrived on time, was friendly, and did a great job with the installation and clean-up. Door looks fantastic and operates smoothly. I do recommend Precision.

A very professional company to deal with. Called on a Sunday and our technician Jim arrived within the time frame promised the next day, diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken springs. Brian showed up today after our former technician promised to call us back and never did. He diagnosed the problem, offered several solutions and made the installation/replacement in a quick, efficient manner. He explained everything to us and made sure we knew how to operate all of the keypads and remotes. We were very impressed and would highly recommend Brian/Precision to anyone who needs their garage doors replaced, repaired or installed.

Cody called me 30 minutes before his arrival. He was extremely kind and very knowledgeable when repairing my garage door. Absurdly overpriced! Would never recommend. Quoted $587 to replace $100 worth of parts (broken spring) I understand they are allowed to make a profit but markup is out of line! I declined and had to pay the service charge .

We have a small garage and garage door and Precision provided an excellent solution. They customized the door opener to work perfectly without the door slamming to the ground when closing. The best part of the service was that Brian corrected the original installers errors on the door hinges and rollers, all of which were on backwards. He truly went above and beyond with his level of service. A great job, a knowledgeable and experienced installer, great communication, too. I would confidently recommend this group to anyone! I called Precision after 5 p.m. on 7/09/2019 after my garage door broke while closing it. The woman who took my call was very accomodating and arranged to have someone out first thing next morning. Brian called me tge next mirning and arrived at my home 10 minutes after he placed the call. He quickly and competently assessed the issue. We discussed options of repair vesus replace and I decided to totally replace my 34 year old garage door at a cost that was just very slightly more tgan what it woukd have been to repair and update my old door. He was VERY knowledgeable, got my door in safe working order until the new door can be installed, and showed me how to secure the door. I highly recommend this company.

Steve, first let me say I chose Precision because I noticed some of my clients had used Precision. I am very happy with your service people, the professionalism and ontime service. We also thought we liked the door and opener installed in Jan 2019. Unfortunately, it has been serviced two times already...first the one part had broken thru the wallboard and Tony replaced and all seemed good. this weekend a terrible noise and door would not open then did but would not move. House now cannot be secured. It was Sunday but husband was leaving for work and I had to also leave, but I did not and waited for serviceman. Again lovely man, Dave, but we had to pay a service charge of $200. This for a 6 mos old garage door seems ludicrous. I realize it is Sunday, but realtors work on Sunday. Dave asked if there had been a power shutoff. Last week we had one for 2 hours on my street. But the door has been working 5 days and we go in and out. The motor recognized the change over all those days, no? Dave had to reset it and said if it had not been a sunday, there would be no charge. All of this does not make sense to me but if this will occur each time there is a power loss.........even 2 weeks later, that should probably be a disclosure in your instructions given to customers. we were happy initially , we thought and I did give a great review. I am disappointed now and honestly don't know what I will do in future. When clients ask us for various recommendations, they tell us if they are unhappy. Again we are happy with your servicemen but frankly would not have to see them so frequently. 2x in 6 mos is frightening.Our last door lasted over 20 years. I do plan on writing Liftmaster, maybe it is their products fault.

Great company! Today was the first time I used their service and can’t say enough good things about them. I couldn’t open my garage to get my car out due to broken torsion spring. I called at 8:00 am and by 11:00 am their very excellent technician Brian was working on my problem.
