HE WAS SUCH A NICE GUY. I THINK THAT HE WAS THE SAME FELLOW THAT WAS HERE THE LAST TIME THAT I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE GARAGE DOOR. THE DOOR IS WORKING WELL FOR ME NOW. The only professional in your company is the Tech that came and repair my garage door. I waited for five hours no one from your company call to tell me the tech will be late. He took the time to discuss all of our wants and concerns. He was excellent in assisting us with the doors we wanted, in the color we needed to match our other exterior doors, as well as recommend openers and assorted other items. Brian got us through the order process, painlessly. The doors were ordered and we were expecting to have a wait of several weeks. To our surprise, the order came in three weeks ahead of time. Tony came out to install. He was beyond excellent. I have seen numerous contractors at our home, however Tony was the most professional, detail orientated individual we had met to date. The work site was clean and the work performed beyond words. I cannot say enough about Precision and the men and women who we have had contact with there.
