Good and efficient service

We were referred by a friend and needed repairs to double garage. Very professional, polite and did a great job. Also used coupon from Valpak waiving service fee. I was turned off by having service fee and not being able to receive an estimate ahead of work being done but coupon then urged me to call so your advertising paid off.

This was the first time I used Precision. They were able to accommodate my schedule with a Saturday appointment at a time convenient for me. Cody was the technician assigned. He called to advise when he was coming and arrived on time. He was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to discuss all of our wants and concerns. He was excellent in assisting us with the doors we wanted, in the color we needed to match our other exterior doors, as well as recommend openers and assorted other items. Brian got us through the order process, painlessly. The doors were ordered and we were expecting to have a wait of several weeks. To our surprise, the order came in three weeks ahead of time. Tony came out to install. He was beyond excellent. I have seen numerous contractors at our home, however Tony was the most professional, detail orientated individual we had met to date. The work site was clean and the work performed beyond words. I cannot say enough about Precision and the men and women who we have had contact with there. Jim Dean was our service technician. He was on-time, courteous and efficient. A bolt had snapped which held the spring and cable was frayed. We had pulleys replaced, bolts and extension cable. Door working beautifully now. I would highly recommend Jim Dean and Precision.
