Brandon was my service tech. He was polite, on time, knowledgeable and friendly. I thought I needed rollers but I actually had to have my pulleys replaced. He did a full inspection of my working parts and had my job done in maybe 15 minutes with a full print out of his inspection. He was very professional, courteous, explained every option that I had. He called and told me that he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Brandon knew immediately what was causing my problem. He quickly installed a new motor, plus a new keypad. Then he explained everything to me step by step, lining up the sensors, showing me if a power failure exists what to do.
