Received a courtesy call promptly 20 minutes before the technitions arrival, just as they told me they would on the phone Monday. Brandon was my service tech. He was polite, on time, knowledgeable and friendly. I thought I needed rollers but I actually had to have my pulleys replaced. He did a full inspection of my working parts and had my job done in maybe 15 minutes with a full print out of his inspection. I would absolutely recommend this company for all your door and service needs.

I cannot thank you folks enough for the quick response that I received. Brandon Higgins was your technician who came to my house. He was very professional, courteous, explained every option that I had. He called and told me that he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Brandon knew immediately what was causing my problem. He quickly installed a new motor, plus a new keypad. Then he explained everything to me step by step, lining up the sensors, showing me if a power failure exists what to do.
