I was going to run some important errands when I discovered that our garage door would not raise, thus making it impossible to get either of my 2 cars out. I tried to contact the man who I had used several times in the past few years, but I could not get him on the phone and his home phone had been diconnected. I checked the yellow pages and selected a firm that covered my town. Your service technician, Rick was able to get to my home in a few hours after I called.He spotted the problem immediately; got the door raised by hand so I could get my cars out. Then he quickly determined that there was a number of parts that needed to be replaced. After he gave me a detailed analysis of the repairs that were needed, he set about making the necessary repairs. In 2 hours, he had installed all the new parts that were sorely needed to make our door operate more smoothly than it had ever been in the past 24 years. The door now is so much quieter than ever and it is almost silent when it is raised or lowered.Actually, the door problem turned out to be a fortunate thing, because I now have a door that I can depend on to operate smoothly and I now know that I will not have a problem that could have arisen at some future time when I might have had to get my wife to a doctor's appointment. Your service has now made any concerns I might have had with any future problems disappear. Rick did a great job and I will never have to look in the yellow pages again when it comes to any service I might need on a door that will be in good shape for a long time.
