Rick arrived at 4pm, introduced himself and asked to see/examine the door. My concern was the speed of the door upon opening/closing. Rick addressed and explained that the door when descending was heavy, so the safety had to be adjusted, and was. Rick was also kind enough to program my keypad. Precision & Rick have the old American work ethic where the boss still answers the phone & employees go above and beyond.

Your technician Brian explained about the door opener and why it was not functioning properly. We discussed replacing the door opener and garage door. I saw the need to have everything replaced. He was very pleasant and helpful in our discussions. Lauren who took my phone calls was very polite to me for the times I had to speak to her. She handled all calls in a cheerful and professional manner. Tim and Tony arrived on time and set forth in installing the new garage opener and door. When completed, Tim explained everything they had done as well as the use of the remotes, keypad and door control panel. They worked well together. Each knew what was expected and they completed their task professionally.
