Think this is 2nd survey I sent - but guess 2 is better than none. Jim was knowledgeable and efficient. Liked that he called approx 15-20 mins before he was to arrive. Also like that he had repair strip and remote in his truck, none of that "I have to go back to the factory" stuff. Liked use of the coupon and that appointment scheduled so promptly after our telephone call.
