At 6:00 p.m. I discovered a totally immobile garage door. From the person who answered my initial phone call to the technician who repaired the door less than two hours later, I received courteous, informative - to include an accurate estimate - and expert service. I especially appreciated the advance notice (name and photo) of the tech who would do the work. There's no doubt that I'll keep Precision Door's name and phone number on file for future reference.
