Did not realize options like no outside door handle and only 1 year warranty on door. The lifetime warranty is for working parts! Rails too short. Put together with extensions.

Mr. Van Brunt, If you would like an outside handle installed we would be more than happy to install one. It is not usually installed at the time of installation unless it is requested. Most people prefer to not have them as it does void the warranty on the panel since they have to drill holes into it. As far as the warranty, most of the manufacturers include a 1 year warranty on the hardware of the door. If within that year any of the parts happen to break, we will come out and replace them for you at no charge. After that time, there would be a charge for the parts and labor. I did see that you chose to go with the Precision Upgrade. Precision offers a chance to upgrade your hardware for your door and that includes a lifetime warranty on the hardware. If at any time you own your home, a spring, cable, pulley, or roller, breaks we will come out and replace them at no charge for the parts and labor, just the service fee. the technician come the right on time, he told us the problems, fix the problems and there was only $60 bill to put in the cables and the new rollers because the door and the parts are warranty.

Gary Lewis was a real pleasure to work with. He kept me informed while he tested the old keypad and explained the installation of the new keypad. He also took me on a tour of the 25 point inspection explaining the garage door parts as he went along. I have been a satisfied customer for 11 years. Firstly, I called early, at 7:30 AM. A young lady answered the phone, took my information, gave me an appointment time slot for the arrival of Gary the technician. She told me he would call when he was on his way. Well, he called when he was on his way and when he arrived.
