Prompt service for my business, the same day that I called. Broken spring needed to be replaced. Couldn't open the overhead door. Precision had replaced all of the hardware on the door in 2002. I was able to locate the original repair receipt (2002) while the tech was working on the door. Original parts were under warranty for "15" years. Was only charged for service call this trip. I was overwelmed, never expected that amount of time for a parts warranty.
