The installer arrived promptly as per the agreed upon time schedule in professional etiquette and has been very thorough with the entire installation process. He took around couple of hours to complete the process of installing a new garage door, chain drive garage door opener, remotes and outside keypad, he also helped us with the process of setting passcodes on outside keypad. The entire place has been cleared off from the remnants of installation and he was totally courteous. Highly recommend Precision to family and friends in the town.

We were in need of replacing garage doors / openers that were 20 years old. The process began very well with a thorough inspection and estimate. The costs were very competitive. Choosing the right components and colors was important to us. Delivery time on parts was very good. Scheduling was easy and hassle-free. Overall, good service and good product. However, when installer came he charged me an extra $50 to slide a few bikes and a bed frame to the back of the garage. I understand why the service fee exists for certain situations - but this was silly and from my perspective an overcharge of $50.

The staff member I spoke with by phone to schedule the appointment was courteous and professional; I received an email confirmation with the name of the serviceman who would be coming out the next day, along with a photo and a guarantee that all service personnel would arrive in a marked truck with a uniform and name tag - and he did. My service man called twice - once to tell me he was about 35 minutes away (which, by the way, would have put him at my home almost a half hour early for the window I'd be given), and once to let me know he was outside. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and had a positive, friendly attitude. He solved the problem in a little over one hour and I felt the overall charge for the visit to be fair and affordable. From start to finish I had a great experience with this company and would definitely recommend them to others.
