I chose Precision because a few weeks ago you serviced my Mom's garage door after she called the company that installed her new door and they didn't even answer the phone....so she saw your ad and called you and someone came right out. That's service!!! So naturally when I needed my garage door serviced I called Precision knowing full well I would be taken care of right away. Gary was so knowledgeable and I learned a lot about my garage door from him. The door is 9 years old and it works like new again. GREAT JOB!!!

My relaxing Sunday morning was rudely interrupted by the self destruction of my garage door. Despite my best efforts and the use of all of my tools I stopped trying to fix the door fearing I was doing more harm than good. After contacting your company on Sunday ( thanks yellow pages ) about the promise of 24 hr service I had expected some fly by night outfit to arrive . Instead the service that was provided by your company was on time, professional and courteous. The techs were great. They fixed the door and returned it to its normal operation in a very short time. This is a case of you get what you pay for and they were the best.

Have used Precision for over 16 years. My door, my opener, springs and other routine maintence issues have been handled by Precision. Can't remember a service call that wasn't on time as promised. Repairs or installations were done quickly and properly. Every tech has been professional and well versed in both products and troubleshooting. Why use anyone else?
