Very satisfied with both Rich, the sales rep and John the installer. Rich explained the different type of doors to my understanding and John did the install with no problems. Also, had new garage door opener installed. Love my new door and would recommend Pecision.

Mr. Dean promptly diagnosed our problem and replaced our ancient Liftmaster with a new unit that was on his truck. Jim expertly performed the daunting repair and within an hour, our automatic garage door was restored! He even took the time to program the wife's BMW. Amazing!

Technician was terrific but I am sorry I never got his name. However, he was an excellent salesman and knew his product. I felt he was very honest. The only thing that turned me off was the Registration form for Liftmaster. I felt it just asked for too much information that was only going to create more mail and e-mails for me. This one is a cinch!
