Called precision when a garage door company that we have used in the past did not return 4 calls even though they said they had emergency service. One of the springs on the garage door opener broke as well as the cable. We were unable to manually open the door to get either of our cars out. Precision was called and had a mechanic here within six hours. This mechanic also called to give us an estimated time of his arrival. His work was professional and his advice for repair was really spot on. We will now absolutely use this company in the future.
