Rick was one of the best service/repairmen I've ever done business with. Kudos definitely goes out to the company Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Our technician diagnosed a multitude of problems and one by one with an excellent explanation of each step, fixed and allowed a coupon offer for $10 off plus a full lubrication. My Fiance and I will never call anyone else to handle garage door problems even if it would include a complete old to new purchase. I hope Rick always can clear his schedule or rearrange @ the very least so we can have him do the work for us. We wholeheartedly recommend Precision!!!

Our garage door opener was disabled by lightning and Rick tried everything to repair the unit , unfortunatley ultimately it had to be replaced. He replaced our garage door opener with a new liftmaster, which has our garage door moving faster than our old unit and we are quite happy with it. Rick, thank you!
