I have had service from Precision in the past. One of the garage doors would not open because the lifter came away from the bracket. I called for service that morning, and your technician, Richie, was at my home in the afternoon. He installed a new bracket explaining why the existing one was inadequate. I appreciate the promptness and professionalism shown me during his visit.
