I called Christmas Eve and was told service would be between 10AM and 2PM. When no one arrived I called office twice and both times was told technican was running late. I did explain that we had plans to attend Chritmas Eve mass with my grandsons at4PM and the only reason I agreed to the service was that I was told it would be before 2PM. Unfortunately, my husband had to miss going to mass with our grandsons as the technican arrived after 4. Repair was made satisfactorily. It was very quiet the first few days but is now making a slight banging noise when operating.

Everyone I came in contact with had fantastic attitudes, courteous and professional demeanors. From my estimate from Jim, to my contacts with Shannon & Lauren (who I drove crazy with numerous calls), right down to Tony & Francis (Installers). The installation was beyond excellent.
