We purchased a garage door and opener several years ago from Precision. Yesterday our torsion spring broke. Precision Door responded promptly, sending out their technician Jim who replaced the spring under our warranty at no cost to us. They stand by their work and their warranties and do provide quick and professional service. You can be sure that they will be there when they say they will and the service person knows what they are doing.

I needed to replace the keyless opener. The technician did that and took the time to show me how to change the code if necessary. He also inspected the srings and advised me that they were wearing out and should be replaced. He checked the whole system and corrected a problem where some metal parts were moving against each other causing a squeal when the door closed. I was very pleased with the speed of the repairs and the coutesy of the technician.

while satisfied with the repairs, the price seemed way overboard. I WAS AT WORK WHEN THE SERVICEMAN arrived, so my wife had to relay info over the phone. the repair took less than 1 hr and the cost was nearly $900. Did i get ripped off? I will do some research and make some phone calls to find out if i was. Please review my bill to see if there were any errors.
