Wonderful prompt service. Called yesterday with my garage problem and I got an appointment for the next day. Serviceman called 15-20 minutes prior to arrival and in no time he replaced my garage door keypad. I have used Precision Garage Door service for several years and will continue to use them.

After reading several reviews, I felt confident about calling and getting an appointment for repairs. In addition, the call was somewhat of an emergency. My vehicles were not accessible because the garage door was jammed and unable to move. Help arrived that same afternoon. Great job!

My garage door came off the track at 7 pm and Jay was at my home by 8:45 pm. Just arriving so fast was amazing but he repaired my door so quickly and double checked it and lubed it so it would work even smoother. They answered the phone with a real human not a machine. They scheduled a tech for Black Friday and he sowed up on time and made the repair. The price was reasonable and the repair was first class. Super nice guy. I have this company on my speed dial list from now on. Great job.
