Called at 1:30 pm. Said they could send someone after 4:00. Brian called me at 5:15 he was on his way. He Fixed broken spring quickly being very careful not to damage the car stuck in the garage and checked other door and keypads to make sure there were no other problems. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I been a customer of Precision for more then 12 years Thank you
