Precision doors were very professional and their installation of our two garage door openers. They came on time, perform their job with minimal distraction and cleaned up after themselves. They were excellent at explaining how to use the new door openers and I would recommend them highly.

Good same day response. Technician was professional. My main issue for the low rating is the ridiculously high pricing. Over 900.00 to rebuild a single garage door- springs, coils, pulleys, wheels, cables. Entire job took one hour.

I had Brian out today because my one garage door wasn’t closing unless I held the button down. The other door didn’t even open, and there was a gap on the bottom because it didn’t completely close. Brian told me what the problem was (something to do with the sensors, one of which I had knocked off???????). He was extremely nice and fixed the problem and oiled the rollers on one of the doors. He didn’t force any unnecessary fixes but did say that the one door will probably need to be overhauled in a few years. I would highly recommend Precision for any concerns you might have with your garage doors.

Steve was really honest with our repair issue and was able to fix our garage door. He was extremely concerned for our safety during his repairs and nicely asked us to leave the garage as he re-inspected his work so we would not be hurt should anything become amiss. Although I am still waiting for a copy of the repair invoice.

First time in over 30 years I needed service on the door and glad I called Precision. Jim was the technician assigned to survey the job and either fix it or recommend replacing it. Thankfully it became a repair job. Points to know: 1) All parts were on the truck which included spring, drums, cables and rollers. 2) Once Jim started he was all business. Pleasure doing business with Precision Garage Doors!

They(Jim & Charles) did a great job today. I felt sorry for them cause they didn’t get to me until 5:30pm. It was a quick analysis. They had all the parts needed on their truck. They replaced the main spring and all ten rollers in less than 45-minutes.

I needed two new garage door openers (one died a while ago and the other forced our hand recently). I called precision this morning about 9 am. A tech then called me to confirm timing. Showed up on time, did the job, pleasure to chat with and cleaned up. He made sure everything was programmed right (including the App on my phone which is super cool). I would highly recommend. It was really nice to meet someone who enjoys his job and does it well. He also made it clear he really enjoys working for precision (thanks Brian) Refreshing.
