Steve was great! He called ahead of time to let us know when he would be arriving and was right on time. He was was able to figure out the problem with our garage door right away. He had all of the parts necessary and got the job done in a timely fashion. Steve saved the day for us! The woman who booked the appointment was also so helpful and very friendly!

Everyone at the company from the receptionist I spoke with was extremely helpful. The technician , Steve who did the service call was patient and made sure I knew how to reset my password & how my system worked. He did an inspection and noticed my cables where starting to fray and we discussed the cause and recommended repairs, I felt confident in his knowledge and never felt pressured into having repairs done to garage cables. I did go forward with suggested repairs. I would definitely recommend this company.

Simple fix. Cody was so knowledable and didn’t push me to update what is still working. Just informed me that the parts will need to be updated at some point. The service call was to replace the keypad. He was to reprogram and all is working fine. Gladly paid the service call fee and will call Precision (Cody) back when it’s time to replace the parts. Thank you Cody.

I'm deeply disappointed with the service I received. The technician didn't even look in detail to identify the problem. He gave me a quote of $812 (in addition to the $99 visit charges)!! The garage door pulley was broken. I bought the 3" door pulley in Lowes for all of $12.98 (+taxes) and fixed it myself. Since the other side was working well, I mimicked that side to fix the bad side. I would never ever recommend your company's services to anyone. I understand there are good servicemen too.. it's time you talked to the technician who came today. Thanks and good night.

Your technician Steve came to my home to install a keypad on my garage door. He explained the way it worked, how I could change the pin and guided me through setting up my initial pin. He even lubricated the door hinges as The door was very noisy when opening and closing. STEVE was courteous, personable and helpful. I think it is great that your company provides little bios of each of your technicians. It personalizes the experience.
