Everything was great from the time I made the first phone call to the completion of the job. Everyone was very pleasant to work with. The technician,Brian, explained what and why parts needed to replaced and showed me everything once the job was done. He was extremely helpful, patient and answered all my questions. I dealt with Precision garage about two years ago and they were fantastic then and they’re fantastic today …they were on time for the appointment, explained everything he was doing to fix the issues and worked fast, the servicemen CJ was awesome, professional, friendly. Steve our installer was kind, courteous, on time, and knowledgeable. He quickly change our two very old garage motors with new replacements, and gave our doors a hardware and spring update that was very much needed! Both doors operate flawlessly and quietly, thanks again!

I chose Precision based on the great reviews as I’m new to the neighborhood and a first time homeowner. I needed a remote for the garage door opener and wanted the garage door checked. Brian was great. He explained everything about garage door operations so I’ll know how to take care of the door and what issues to look out for in the future. From his initial contact, having called to give us a time frame of his arrival and then all that he provided during the service appt,, AWESOME!! We will be asking for his assistance with any future work. He was professional, equally important he was very pleasant, kind, helpful and informative. He took his time and was thorough in his explanations. He did not push to sell anything or have any additional services completed. He resolved all issues we’d been having. Additionally, he resolved an on going issue with MyQ that we had been having since we installed our garage door opener. We called Precision because of an exterior keypad that was not functioning . Brian and Jay were both very professional and explained what the issue with keypad was and the results of the safety inspection. My motor broke the chain sprocket as I was attempting to leave. After calling two other companies and getting their voice mail I called Precision. The very polite and professional scheduler immediately understood my problem and scheduled the service for that very afternoon. Cody the service person called to let me know he was on his way. After evaluating the problem he replaced the motor and lift system within one hour. That night I received a return call from only one of the other companies I called. Precision may not be the cheapest but it’s the old saying, you get what you pay for! I highly recommend this company.
