Great install except for garage opener. They couldn’t get unit to work. They sent out there specialist to fix and told me that the circuit board was burnt out. I said let’s try to reset it and see what happens. Well it worked and still working just fine. They were quick to try and get me for a new unit. Someone who would just accept it would have spent another 400+ for no reason. So great install of door, poor service for garage door opener

Chose precision door service because it a a local company... Easy to get an emergency appointment, the tech arrive shortly after setting the appointment... Fixed my trouble quickly. No fuss, no problem... Approximately and a half hours from getting an appointment to completing the repair... Well done...

RIP off. Just cost me $94.90 for nothing. Ad says $89 winter special. That includes tune up and winter element lubrication. $89 includes nothing. Do not do business with this company.

I am sorry that you had a negative experience with our service. The fee includes a 25 point inspection. Changing worn and unbalanced spriings is not included in the fee. We will gladly refund you your money. Just keep in mind for your safety it is highly recommended to have your springs changed out.

I called to get my garage door fixed. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. I made an appointment for the following morning. Don called at 1130 and was here in 20 minutes. I had 2 broken springs. In a short amount of time Don fixed my garage door. I have your sticker near my garage door opener in case I need to call you again.

Called with an issue yesterday, received warm welcome and the lady scheduled a visit the next morning! I think they sent Rod (?) - who called me at 8.30am to say he would be there at 9am! He greeted me like an old friend (he installed the double doors), fixed the issue and that is what I called superior service - what a great company and extra points to Rod for his hard work solving the issue

I had the Garage Door installed 7 years ago. It stopped closing cimpletely to the ground. I called on a Thursday evening and a technician turned up at my house Friday morning. Tom was knowledgeable, courteous and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. He also pointed out that the electrical connection to the Garage Door opener was not up to NJ Code. Overall, very satisfied with the service
