I called in the morning and by 230 pm, my garage door is working. Bobby was the technician. He's new to the company but he knows what he's doing. He took his time and did not rush. Very good service. Installation was done neatly, quickly, and fast. Both installers were friendly and curious. Everything was cleaned up the old doors were taken away. Door operation was explained and demonstrated. Excellent job.

Called the company that had installed my garage doors and was told I couldn’t get a repair appt for 6 days! Called Precision and got an appt the next day. Bobby was great...friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and repair was done in 1/2 hour. Will definitely call Precision first the next time I need a repair.

I saw you when checking online for torsion spring replacements & went to your website. Everything sounded good so I made the call. The appointment was so easy to make for the next day. I was told the tech would call with an approximate time as he was finishing a prior job - he said 40 minutes & was here in 30! The job took 1/2 hour, he cleaned up & took everything out to his truck. He wore a mask & was very respectful. )Sorry about my overly friendly dog!) The billing process was also very easy & touchless. I’d definitely recommend you to anyone with a garage door problem.

2 thumbs up A+ Girl who made appointment was super friendly and helpful. Guy who came out the next day was super honest about what I needed...and saved me money. The guy who did the final installation (3 weeks ahead of schedule, BTW) was also friendly and efficient. Overall an A+ Job. Highly recommend
