Precision is a 5 Star company. I had an emergency with one of my garage doors coming out of the track hanging by the safety cord. A big mess. Called Precision at 1;45 pm. Techincian, Tom arrived at 2:45 . Outstanding response. As I have had periodic problems with my garage doors, Tom explained the reasons why. Besides resolving my immediate issue, Tom was able to replace all hardware, springs, pulleys, safety cords , reinforce all support brackets in under 3 hrs. Basically rebuilding the garage doors. Tom was extremely efficient in doing the work. Also I appreciated Tom’s very cordial and professional manner. A real gentleman.

Jay came out today to install my a new system which included the door, tracks and motor. Jay is very competent and did an excellent job. We couldn’t be happier with our new door.

Precision exceeded my expectations. I called at 5pm, and they were out the next day by 9 am to replace two garage door openers. Tom Bird was knowledgable, thoughtful, and did an excellent job installing 2 openers and a keypad. He even identified structural issues with the doors, and fixed them for a small fee.
