Many of the websites I searched for on the internet for garage door service looked like an actual company garage door company site many turned out to be a referral service to other companies. One that I contacted told me that I will have service performed the next day between 8 AM and 10 AM. Nobody showed up. I called Precision instead and it is an actual and reliable garage door company. I received prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service from Rick. He provided me with my options and did an excellent job. Rather than go with some fly by night operation, call Precision Garage Door Service. You will not go wrong.

The technician sent to replace my broken spring, Brian, did an excellent job. Being curious, I asked a number of questions as I watched him work. Brian answered all my questions and did not seem to mind me watching him and inquiring about what he was doing. My only negative comment was that the overall cost seemed a little high. But, I did not shop around, so I do not really know if the Precision price was competitive or not. What I do know, one day after the work, was that Brian did the job professionally and the work appears to be first rate.

Dear Sir, I just wanted to write a quick review and commend you for running a top notch business. Everyone in your company displayed the utmost in professionalism, from the initial call taker in your Brick office, to your salesman Roger and my installer Tony. I ordered a brand new garage door and Roger was very knowledgable, helpful and straightforward. He understood the exact style and "look" I was trying to achieve and it turned out beautiful. The door truly accentuated and improved the appearance of my home. Roger even showed up during the installation, to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. My installer "Tony" was very friendly and a top-notch mechanic. He installed my new garage door with clock-like precision, and explained the finer points of the installation, and instructed me on how to maintain and clean it properly. I especially appreciated the punctuality of Roger and Tony. When they said they would be at my home at a certain time, they showed up right on time or even a few minutes early. Most impressive! Jim arrived within the 4 hour window and we began discussing my options regarding my needing a new garage door opener. After telling me it would cost more for a new opener and door replacement parts, we decided on a package deal offer that included a new door, parts and opener for a better price. I opted to go with the package deal, so Jim went ahead and placed the order and said when the order arrives at the shop, I will be contacted to set up an installation appointment. I was very satisfied with Jim's knowledge and his willingness to make me the best offer instead of just going ahead and replacing parts piece meal for more money. I would highly recommend Precision for all my future garage door needs.

On time, very knowledgeable and willing to work with me to provide exactly the services I needed and helpful suggestions for ongoing maintenance. I am a USMC Veteran and disabled and the service technician moved several mowers, tractors, etc. out of the garage area so he could work on two garage doors, and insisted that I let him handle it because of my physical limitations. This is an example of a thoughtful professional truly looking after the needs of the customer.
