thank you so very much for you help this past sunday am. we had a family event in pa. that was a 3 hour ride. when we tried to open our garage door, to get our car out, the overhead electric opener made noise but the door wouldn't budge. we tried the manual handle to no avail. we called precision (we've used them before) and they sent someone over within a hour. one of the springs was broken. the repair man had the parts & fixed it in about an hour. off we went to pa. amazing that we could get a repair man here, with the needed parts, on a sunday! thank you precision!

I'm not a big "reviewer", but in this case I had to take the time to write a few comments. Precision Door is great! We went back and forth with them for probably 2 years (they came out twice to give us quotes). But every interaction I've had with them has been top-notch - whether by phone or in person. And our installer Tony was THE MAN. I've never seen such efficient work! He arrived on-time, we exchanged a few pleasantries, then he set-up shop and went about his work. I 100% recommend working with Precision Door of NJ!

Precision's team is the very best of any business I have dealt with in my 42 years of being a home owner. Incredibly Responsive. I called them for garage door spring replacement at 1:50 pm. At 2:15 the technician called. Arrived at 2:50 and was done by 3:20. Would recommend them. A bit pricey but worth it. Don't think I could have done much better.
