Was quoted $300 so I expected that. Turned out to be over twice that and the added $cost was for two cables and 4 pulleys? Tech was good. No prob there. Cable and pulley costs are outlandish.

Five stars! the girl that I spoke with on the phone was s helpful, and the tech that came to house house was super! Both individuals were very polite and caring when I told them the reason for my call was that I was afraid the door opene motor was going to fall on my car!!!! The tech promptly fixed the issue and checked all of the other parts. Thank you so very much, Kudos to both!!! Will definitely recommend to others.

I called late in the evening, a very polite person answered the phone. She was fast and courteous and assigned an available technician the following day. Jim promptly called between the hours that he was assigned. He checked out the issue on the garage door, gave me 2 options and played out the pros and cons of each option. I authorized to proceed with the option I liked. Jim and his co-worker completed the job quickly. He was kind of enough to assist me with 2 minor issues - alignment on my second garage door and setting up my car remote door opener without charging a penny more.

Very pleased with my purchased of a new garage door and opener. Sales people in the Brick, NJ office were friendly and knowledgeable. Salesman that came to my home carefully looked over what I needed, offered suggestions, and provided experienced based feedback. Wait time for the door to be manufactured was reasonable (2 weeks). Installer (Mark) was terrific. Arrived on time, was friendly, and did a great job with the installation and clean-up. Door looks fantastic and operates smoothly. I do recommend Precision.

everything was fine- on time etc. but- the call was 5 minutes long- the only thing wrong with the door was it had been inadvertently locked and it took the tech 5 minutes to fix it. I was charged $94 to "fix" it which I really think is unfair- even if this is the standard price- too bad for me and for you.

Very pleased with my new garage door! The installation went smoothly with Mark arriving within the appointment window. I was surprised that it was a one man job and how efficiently he worked. The most time consuming part was putting the lock in. The Chi garage door exceeded my expectations, both in quality and design. The decorative designer windows are a nice touch and fit in with the style of my home. One added bonus is that today the garage did not feel as warm as it usually does. It was actually comfortable - even with the hot weather. Maybe it can be attributed to having the windows on the uppermost part of the door and the insulation. Overall very pleased with this company's performance - from the sales appointment to the installed door. Their customer service is exceptional with the phone being answered by a friendly representative every time I called (no voice mail) Precision Garage Door is a top notch company and I highly recommend them for your garage door needs!
