Precision saved us again! When opening the garage door, the wheel popped off the track. While trying to lift the door manually, the trim around the edge was bent. Precision came the same day and fixed the problem. Thank you for providing such expert and speedy service to your neighbor in need.

I just had another excellent experience with Precision Door. Brandon called 1/2 hour ahead and arrived exactly on time. He explained everything, took care of the maintenance and installed a new battery. It all took exactly as long as he predicted. Brandon is courteous, clearly explained everything and answered every question.

Incredibly Responsive. I called them for garage door spring replacement at 1:50 pm. At 2:15 the technician called. Arrived at 2:50 and was done by 3:20. Would recommend them. A bit pricey but worth it. Don't think I could have done much better.

My garage door spring broke and we could not open it. I called in the morning and Precision was very fast to respond. Same day service. Cody was our technician. Very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem instantly and gave us options. He was fast and efficient. All the office staff I spoke with on the phone were also very helpful and friendly. Everyone talks about customer service, but Precision delivers! I would highly recommend Precision to anyone with garage door problems.

I have used Precision Garage Door service for 2 times already. First was to check on my old door system since we just moved to the place and this time to look into some electrical issues. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! I am a 68 year old woman who's garage door opener died about July 7th. I went to "big box store" who could not install for 30 days. Went to "Sears and I am still waiting for them to call me to set up install (which I paid for). BTW, they both had the unit into my car before I could swipe to pay. I called Precision on a Thursday and had it not only delivered, take the old one away, but installed by a wonderful gentlemen, today, 2 days after I called. Sure, you can save a few dollars else where on the unit, but you will suffer on the installation. Good luck on whatever you choose, but trust me, go with PRECISON.

I chose Precision because of the work they did repairing and installing neighbors' doors and because of the A+ BBB rating. I wanted someone reputable and local. The technician, Rick Jones, was much more than I expected in regards to his professionalism and knowledge. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel that I made the right decision in going with Precision. The only drawback was that I found the cost was a bit expensive. But like the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
