Precision honors their warranty without hassle! I had all new springs, cables, pulleys, and rollers installed 4 years ago and was given a 10-year warranty on all parts. 4 years later, one of the springs broke. Brian came out with a helper in training to perform the service. I showed him my receipt and the broken spring - as well as the cable that got some damage when the spring broke. They got right to work replacing both springs and the damaged cable. I just had to pay the $89 service fee and I feel like I got a door hardware "refresh". After the 10-year warranty is up I will not hesitate to call Precision should the door fail - even though I now have the Precision "green" springs and they look like they will last a very long time. Also wanted to mention that when I called for service (on a Sunday) not only did I get live person to talk to, they were willing to come out the next day. I did get a call that Monday notifying me that the original tech was running late due to a tech calling out sick, so I rescheduled to another day. Employees were polite and professional - both on the phone and the techs that came out to do the work.

Hello Steve. let me just say to you that your company is really incredible. My Garage door springs broke, I called and you had a technician out the next day. You stood by your 5 year warranty covering an install I had done 4 years ago by your company Precision . The Tech that came out was Jim Deen he was the same tech that serviced my door 4 yeas ago. Wow I cant say enough good things about this guy, He's gentleman and a true technician. he answered every question I had and showed up on time, & explained to me how to maintain the door. Side track bent. Called for service. Brain came out and replaced track. He replaced the bad track and noticed top panel had some creases. He also ordered a new panel. Brain handled himself very professionally. Door was in warranty and there was no charge. We are pleased!!

Saw your tutorial on YouTube and called for a very squeaky garage door. Didn't expect same day service and Rick came within the appointment window. He diagnosed and repaired two things that were causing the squeak and replaced an ineffective keypad. Price was very reasonable which was told to me before any work was performed and he was finished in an hour and half. Will definitely recommend Precision and use them again!

Hi was not happy with service call. Asked tech to add a screw to garage door and he refused...also asked him to tighten top wood base bracket and he also refused, all the time trying to selll me a new system and telling me how"bad" my current unit is. Would not recommend again... $94.00+ for 30 seconds of work to adjust the eye that still didnt work well.
