I cannot thank you folks enough for the quick response that I received. Brandon Higgins was your technician who came to my house. He was very professional, courteous, explained every option that I had. He called and told me that he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Brandon knew immediately what was causing my problem. He quickly installed a new motor, plus a new keypad. Then he explained everything to me step by step, lining up the sensors, showing me if a power failure exists what to do. When he was finished I called your office to say how happy I was with your service and I would highly recommend your company. 5 stars. Thank you Tom Lusko.
