We had Brandon Higgins as our tech. He replaced the springs and bearings (not quite sure?) on our garage door. He was absolutely wonderful! I felt that he was very friendly and trustworthy. Based on this experience I would most certainly use your company again, 100%! I give the experience 5 out of 5 stars. Excellent!

Great customer service from the get go. Called Monday evening and someone was able to come out Wednesday morning. Received a courtesy call promptly 20 minutes before the technitions arrival, just as they told me they would on the phone Monday. Assessment of what needed to be fixed along with the repair was under an hour and done very well.

Our experience with Brandon Higgins was excellent, and I have complimented him to his supervisor. He explained everything patiently to my wife and myself as to what the problem was, the best way to handle it, and to deal with our future concerns. He repaired our existing door, and clarified the benefits of its replacement, which we will do soon. So we give him five stars, and Precision treated our needs quickly and cordially. Your advertising was fine, but didn't influence us.

Brandon was my service tech. He was polite, on time, knowledgeable and friendly. I thought I needed rollers but I actually had to have my pulleys replaced. He did a full inspection of my working parts and had my job done in maybe 15 minutes with a full print out of his inspection. I would absolutely recommend this company for all your door and service needs.
