Jim arrived within the 4 hour window and we began discussing my options regarding my needing a new garage door opener. After telling me it would cost more for a new opener and door replacement parts, we decided on a package deal offer that included a new door, parts and opener for a better price. I opted to go with the package deal, so Jim went ahead and placed the order and said when the order arrives at the shop, I will be contacted to set up an installation appointment. I was very satisfied with Jim's knowledge and his willingness to make me the best offer instead of just going ahead and replacing parts piece meal for more money. thank you so very much for you help this past sunday am. we had a family event in pa. that was a 3 hour ride. when we tried to open our garage door, to get our car out, the overhead electric opener made noise but the door wouldn't budge. we tried the manual handle to no avail. we called precision (we've used them before) and they sent someone over within a hour. one of the springs was broken. the repair man had the parts & fixed it in about an hour. off we went to pa. amazing that we could get a repair man here, with the needed parts, on a sunday! thank you precision!

We went back and forth with them for probably 2 years (they came out twice to give us quotes). But every interaction I've had with them has been top-notch - whether by phone or in person.
