I called to get my garage door repaired because a spring cord snapped. I called and the person they sent said that the door has to be replaced and it would cost too much to repair. Well I went online and found out how to fix the door. And the door is working again thanks to the internet and Home Depot for the parts. Next I'll be securing the springs with safety cords myself. If you have a wood door don't call them it appears they do not repair wood doors.

Installation of a new garage door and opener. James and Frank were very prompt, called to let us know they were on their way. They did a terrific job of installing the door and opener, programed our car, cleaned up and were on their way. Very pleased with the job they did and the clean up. Would recommend Precision to anyone looking for a great garage door and also the service they provide.

I needed my garage door opener checked out and had no idea where to call. I received the coupon mailer and saw an add and coupon sheet for Precision Door Service. I called and they made an appointment same day I couldn't believe it. The service technician Cody called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was more than professional and very pleasant. I was skeptical of being talked into or being sold and new garage door opener rather than a repair. Quite the opposite. Cody was so knowledgeable and new immediately what the problem was and repaired my garage door opener within an hour. Reset all my remotes and adjusted the springs even so there was less tension on the opening of the door. I was absolutely impressed. Everything was done and my garage door was working again. I used the coupon for the repair and the cost was so affordable I was sorry I hadn't called sooner. I do not typically write reviews, but I am in the service industry and know how important they are to a company so I had to complete one with the great service I received. This is a 5 star company for sure. Timely, efficient, courteous and affordable. Use them, you won't be disappointed.

We called found Precision in the telephone book. Our garage door was not working well and was making a lot of noise. I was very disappointed to be treated to the old "bait and switch". I expected a spring repair. Instead I was told that I needed to replace both doors to the tune of $2000. I was told that a spring repair with cost $700. I just paid another vendor $149 for this repair. SHAME ON YOU! I paid a service call fee for nothing. I will be reporting this to the Consumer Bureau and the AARP
