I called for an appointment for an estimate on new garage door and had an appointment within an hour which I found amazing. Your tech Brian was very outgoing without coming on too strong. He explained everything clearly and with great knowledge. I scheduled several more appointments for more estimates from other places, but so far you're the winner. Please thank Brian for his help.

Gary has been at my house many times and is fantastic. I would highly recommend Precision because of Gary and his customer service. My only complaint is that my fix yesterday took all of 2 minutes as my sensors were not lined up correctly causing my door not to close on it's own. For someone like myself that has used your company a few times over the past years and has recommended your company to some of my neighbors, I wish that your techs had some empowerment with service calls like mine. At the end of the day I am happy it was an easy fix, but $90 is hard to swallow when you are a repeat customer. I do undestand he had to travel to my house and you have to pay him an houry rate, but maybe meet a customer like me with some sort of discount to say thanks for calling us, part of this one is on us. You cover you costs and I get alittle wow treatment when least expected.

Extremely pleased with the service. Appointments for service were made quickly and promised within several days. Technician was informative, knowledgeable patient with me and friendly. Service performed in timely manner, office calls to confirm appointment, and calls again if the technician has been delayed. Another feature that I found very beneficial is you are emailed the name and photo of the technician who will be arriving. Would highly recommend Precise Door to all friends or anyone needing repairs or additions to their garage doors. I had complete new installation of all cables, tracts, brackets, rollers, springs and a new keypad.

He did oil door and replace bulb. I was also happy with the fact that I was sent a pix of tech b-4 his coming to house. This is really a good safety measure, especially for seniors. Excellent installation of our new garage door. Tony arrived on time and got right to work. He and his partner are proficient mechanics and are attributes to Precision. They were quiet and worked continuously until the door was hung. Tony tested and adjusted the door opener until the garage door closed perfectly, was tight and secure. I'd give a five star rating to the sales, scheduling staff and installers.
