Your technician, Brian Ford was excellent. He was very professional, and called me prior to my appointment. He was able to fix the problem of replacing a 234 red torsion spring in almost no time at all. You can be sure that I will recommend your company to those I meet. Needed general maintenance on my garage door and call Precision. Telephone tech very friendly and helpful. Appointment was scheduled for the next day. Tech Gary Lewis arrived and went right to work. I found Gary to very pleasant, friendly, helpful and extremely courteous and very proficient in his job. He was very thorough and made sure my door was working to my satisfaction before he left. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing their garage door serviced and rate Gary Lewis as an EXCELLENT tech.

very expensive , precision charged me 400% cost of parts , same exact part in sears is 1/4 price of precision and i even asked technician about best suggestion and he said few bucks more at some place and less at some place but their charges of parts is way expensive . Can't trust again and not going to call again and not recommend

The spring on one of our garage doors broke last night (Friday), and we needed to get it fixed the next morning, as opposed to having to wait until Monday morning. We looked on the web and found your company. We liked the fact that you had 24x7 emergency service, and that we could call at any time to make an appointment. I also liked the fact that I could read reviews from other customers and see what their experiences were with your company and with the different technicians. We actually called at midnight and spoke to a very helpful and friendly representative (not just an answering service passing a message along). She set up an appointment for for us at a convenient time the next morning, and told us the technician would call before he came over. I also got a confirmation email about our appointment. The next morning, Cody called up when he was supposed to, showed up 20 minutes later and did a great job, quickly fixing the problem. He was professional, highly skilled and very thorough. I will definitely use your company again when I need to service or replace my garage doors or openers. I was very impressed with the entire operation and how smoothly and easily it all worked. One little nit: Cody looks nothing like the silhouette you have online instead of his picture, and his is the only one missing. You ought to take care of that.
