Yesterday morning started off with opening my garage only to hear a loud pop. I thought it was a gunshot, but turned out to be a the spring on my garage. It snapped and the garage was non functional. I thought this was going to be a long process to fix. I called Precision and the lady answered and told me that a technician would be on their way. Within an hour the technician was out. Then another 45 minutes the garage was restored to be better then new. Very impressed.

We called Precision because of the great service they gave us over 12 years ago. We needed to travel on Christmas Eve and late the day before our garage door springs broke. We called many companies and Precision was the only company that answered the phone. They responded quickly and we were so appreciative! This time our only car was stuck in the garage, again for a broken spring. Precision again responded quickly. They asked appropriate questions . We called around 11:30 and they said a technician would arrive between 1 and 4. CJ was great. Knowledgeable, polite ,patient and professional. We were as pleased with service this time as we were 12 years ago. We are now looking forward to a new a new garage door in several weeks. Thanks Precision!

I called multiple companies and could not even get a call back. When I called Precision they immediately answered and the person was great and able to set me up with an appointment the same day. CJ contacted me with the time he would be here. When he got here he was very knowledgeable and explained my options for the repairs needed. I had Precision install my garage door 4 years ago and they did a beautiful job at a fair price. So how long would you expect a brand new, higher end, professionally installed garage door to last? 15 years? 20 years? Maybe 25 years? Apparently the answer is 4 years. The expensive door I had installed failed after 49 months at a repair cost over $700 after discounts. Is that Precision's fault? Probably not. They are all super nice, respond quickly, and do beautiful work. Unfortunately everything is garbage today. It would be nice if they stood behind the products they install more than 3 years on a product that should last 25. 1 star for the crappy door they installed 5 stars for the staff at Precision

The whole process was easy. The girls in the office were friendly and accommodating. They were understanding of our problem, and made an appointment for the very next day! When it came time for our appointment, CJ was wonderful! He came out and diagnosed our problem. He installed new springs and bearings on our old garage door opener. He was friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and wow was he thorough!! We will definitely be calling Precision Garage Doors to install a new unit soon! Thank you!

My garage door spring snapped in half making the door useless. The automatic door opener would get it and few inches off the ground then started beeping and brought it back down. The online reviews brought me to Precision and I'm glad they did. 30 minutes from my phone call, a technician was at my house. He examined the door and made recommendations. Given the age of the door hardware and obvious wear, I decided to do more than just replace the spring even though the installer said it was viable to just do that. The work was handled professionally and the installer was both patient and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to pick any specific solution, I was just provided with the information including cost and what the benefits and downside of each. End of the day I'll definitely use them again if needed and would confidently recommend them to friends and family.

I have been using Precision for the past 2 years and have been quite pleased with the work they've done to replace springs, cables and pulleys needed on 1 of 2 garage doors. Recently, I had an issue with the same door not closing in a lop-sided manner. C.J. came out, analyzed the situation and made some adjustments to have the door finally close flat! At some point, I'll have to make repairs to the 2nd door and will absolutely definitely contact Precision and C.J. to come out and do the repairs!! I highly recommend this company!
