Wonderful job well done today with CJ. I called at 8:00 am this morning and by 10:00 am had a new garage motor with all the attachments. An excellent (more quiet) upgrade from what I previous had. Would recommend you folks to anyone who would ask. Thx!

Weather strip needed replacing. The lady that I made the appointment with was very helpful with questions that I had. The technician called to let me know he was on his way (which I appreciated). He was courteous and professional. I would definitely use their service again.

My garage door opened on its own. Changing the internal code to the transmitter didn't solve the problem. I used Precision Garage Doors in 2017, so I called them again. Later the same day, Steve, from Precision Garage Doors, explained to me what the problem was, & why I needed a new garage door motor. An hour later, my garage door is functioning perfectly & quietly. Thank you, Steve, for your expert work.
