We went back and forth with them for probably 2 years (they came out twice to give us quotes). But every interaction I've had with them has been top-notch - whether by phone or in person. Brandon called fifteen before arriving, introduced himself politely, and listened to my wandering account of what I thought had happened to my high-end garage-door opener. And then he got to work, replacing a burned-out panel and reprogramming the door openers and panel. Once finished, he explained everything he had done thoroughly and suggested a surge-protector that I could easily install. Payment was an easy swipe of my credit card. In addition to the service itself, the receptionist whom I called this morning, set up the appointment effectively and emailed me a confirmation. I have already recommended Precision to a friend. Recently the snow removal contractor managed to damage my garage door so that it needed to be replaced. I contacted a number of garage door companies in the area and, as usual several did not show. However, Precision sent a Technician who reviewed the damage and confirmed that the door needed to be replaced. I requested a quote and after reviewing another quotation from a different vendor, I decided to go with Precision as their quote was more comprehensive and covered everything. As I live in a large condo community, I am restricted as to the the look of the door that I could use. Precision had done many replacements in my community so they knew the restrictions and was able to do a perfect match. Once I signed the quotation, they ordered the door and several days later the office called me to tell me that they had received the door and we set up an install date. On the date, even though we were having a torrential downpour, the crew arrived on time and went immediately to work disassembling the old door and installing the new door. The work took a little over three hours and included replacing all the door rails and motor. The installation was very neat and clean. The crew removed the old door, motor and all the packing material that the new door came in and cleaned the entire work area. Once everything was installed, I was shown how to operate the door and all its features, and given all the manuals and warranties. I am very pleased with the installation and found the Precision crew and Techs to be very professional, friendly, easy to work with. I don't typically go out of my way to do recommendations but Precision's response and timeliness got me out of a very difficult situation and I greatly appreciate their efforts.
