I don't think the technician knew I knew what's wrong. I was told the opener needs to be replaced And the fee was 499.00, when a repair is all that was needed. Putting a chain on track should not be difficult for an experienced technician. I can give 1 star for showing up

We had our garage doors installed in 2019, but last night one door had issues when opening/closing. I called this morning and they had a tech in the area who came less than 2 hours later. Tom Bird came, gave a very honest assessment of the issue, and was able to fix the issue within an hour. And he was able to recognize that we may have the same issue eventually with our other door, so he fixed that side as well. He did a fantastic, very professional job and was incredibly polite and helpful. Would highly recommend! Overall, we've been very happy with our garage doors.
