Way too expensive. They force you to change everything rather than just one part. Changing 4 pulley would have coated $450.

I had new garage doors installed last year and Precision did a great job. Friendly and competent technicians. Just had an unexpected problem with one of the cables that required an adjustment. Called for service and had a tech there within a few hours. Also had another minor adjustment needed early on. Great customer service! Had me up and running very quickly. Customer service is second to none. I’d highly recommend Precision. Christina in the office is also very friendly and responsive. Great crew overall

Extremely satisfied with the service. Easy to make an appt. Don came about 15 minutes after my call. He was very friendly and explained the cause of the problem clearly. The job was finished in about half an hour.

Precision Garage Door we’re consummate professionals Jessica in last minute correcting appointment time today & then getting great Tech Cory to assess issues & then repair. Turns out minor tension adjustment on one of 2 machines. All other components excellent condition. Cory & company very credible. I was prepared to replace if recommended.
