Your technician, Steve, did an excellent job. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the solution, and showed me how installing the upgraded hardware would solve my badly operating garage door problem. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable, and the price was fair. My door now works perfectly. I would highly recommend both Steve and Precision.

My sister has used Precision for years and highly recommended we use them when we were ready to replace our doors. No mention of 10 yr warranty and actual warranty certificate with inclusive and exclusions to warranty. Please respond so we can finalize our decision. Please clarify 90d warranty on what? 1 yr warranty on what?

My Garage Door went off the track at 11 A.M. on Saturday morning. I called precision and their Technician Robbie arrived by 2:30 P.M. the same day! Robbie quicky assessed the problem and performed the needed repair. He was very friendly and courteous. I would recommend Precision to my neighbors.
