Sorry to hear that we didn't earn your business. We try to be as competitive as we can in the current market. We try to be fair with our pricing and price match competitors written quotes if it is apples to apples and not a clearance sale. Unfortunately we were not given the opportunity to see the specs on the door or opener that you ultimately purchased.

Jim came on time as he called. Very upfront on what I need and gave me options on how to move forward. Did a great job and very quick as well.

Everyone at the company from the receptionist I spoke with was extremely helpful. The technician , Steve who did the service call was patient and made sure I knew how to reset my password & how my system worked. He did an inspection and noticed my cables where starting to fray and we discussed the cause and recommended repairs, I felt confident in his knowledge and never felt pressured into having repairs done to garage cables. I did go forward with suggested repairs. I would definitely recommend this company.

It was told when made the apt. It would cost $99 service fee plus parts. Well those parts were expensive .$149 for each cable and the same for the springs .The guys who did the job were great

We moved into a new home and desperately needed a new garage door with an opener. There was no automatic door opener and this garage door could only be opened from inside! The garage door we chose will be on order for a few weeks but to our surprise the opener was available and Precision Door offered to install the opener while we wait for the new door to arrive. This was a blessing, now we no longer have to climb up a set of stairs, then back down into garage just to open the door. It has been a pleasure to work with owner, Steve Skaflestad, who guided us through the selection and purchase process.
