Service performed in timely manner, office calls to confirm appointment, and calls again if the technician has been delayed. Another feature that I found very beneficial is you are emailed the name and photo of the technician who will be arriving. Would highly recommend Precise Door to all friends or anyone needing repairs or additions to their garage doors. I had complete new installation of all cables, tracts, brackets, rollers, springs and a new keypad.

Excellent installation of our new garage door. Tony arrived on time and got right to work. He and his partner are proficient mechanics and are attributes to Precision. They were quiet and worked continuously until the door was hung. Tony tested and adjusted the door opener until the garage door closed perfectly, was tight and secure. I'd give a five star rating to the sales, scheduling staff and installers.

I would give Precision a five star rating even though there was a problem with the install. The installer diligently tried to solve the problem but to no avail. The technician showed up the next day and found a picked wire. The problem was quickly fixed. The installer,Chris and the technician Jim, are a credit to Precision Garage Door Company. It was nice to meet the owner Steve. This is the fifth door Precision has installed for my family and I would highly recommend them.

I called to get my garage door repaired because a spring cord snapped. I called and the person they sent said that the door has to be replaced and it would cost too much to repair. Well I went online and found out how to fix the door. And the door is working again thanks to the internet and Home Depot for the parts. Next I'll be securing the springs with safety cords myself. If you have a wood door don't call them it appears they do not repair wood doors.
