My door was not working properly. Calling in the request for service was easy and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. They worked with me to create a schedule that fit my schedule. The tech (Jay) who arrived came on time, and was very technical, easy to understand, friendly and was able to repair my broken part quickly. He ensured all my electronics were working properly before he left.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. I called in the morning and Service was arranged for the same afternoon. The technician was going to be late so they sent out another technician in a timely manner. I had a 20 year-old garage door opener that had never been serviced, as my son said it was old and crotchety like me. There was no attempt to upsell me. The garage door was replaced. The springs were fine and the replacement was done in an efficient and timely manner. My next-door neighbor had recommended precision and I am so glad they did. I would do the same for anybody that is looking for a recommendation, I highly recommend precision garage doors. Obviously, I could not be more pleased with the service and courtesy and professionalism of the technician Mike.

I called in the morning and Precision came to my house by 130pm. Brian installed a new garage door opener, checked cable, pulleys and springs. The cable, pulley and springs were in good shape so no need to replace . Explained all functions and operation of the Genie unit he installed, he gave me 6 different options, and set up the app on my phone! Trustworthy company and technicians and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Brian you were amazing!!!!

Today, we met with Steve from Precision to review a number of issues with our garage doors. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions. I bought a garage door back during covid. I finally had it installed 3 years ago . And weds the springs broke. So I called. And tech came and said it would be $685 to replace the springs. I was shocked that springs cost that much to install so I told the tech hold on im calling ur office . Long story short they took off $150 off the price and I was happy that they work with me.cause if they didn’t I would call someone else . Thank you precision

Precision replaced the boot on our garage door which was torn. They were able to send a technician out same day. Mike replaced the boot quickly, inspected the door and mechanisms, and recommended future maintenance. We were pleased dealing with this company. Everyone was helpful and courteous.
