A broken spring kept our garage door from operating. I called Precision and spoke to an actual person. She was very polite and professional. A technician was at our home less than 2 hours later. He came in a well-equipped truck and was very professional. I asked him to replace all 4 springs on the two doors and he replaced the worn wheels and cables as well. He worked for an hour and a half; when he was done both doors worked smoother than ever before. A job well done!!

precision called at 8:15 am and mike arrived at 9:30 am. accessed the problem with the door and gave a repair estimate that was reasonable. he repaired the door and now works like new. Mike was very nice and explained what was wrong and what he was going to do. highly recommend precision door and will call them for the next repair.

My garage door collapsed one afternoon approximately 3pm and I placed a call into Precision to see what they can do and when. We had another garage door repairman from a different company that came a two day earlier. He spent a total of 30 seconds on- site with no inspection and said we needed a new motor. He was asked to leave. Precision did a thorough inspection and offered 4 reasons why my garage door would mysteriously open by itself. We decided to do the least expensive fix to see if it would rectify the situation. If it doesn't work out at least I know what my alternatives are and the cost. It couldn't have gone any better.

Was in car to leave house. Drove out of garage into driveway and was having a problem closing door. Garage auto ceiling light kept flickering and door would not close. It took time to try to correct problem but couldn't so called Perri and Steve arrived a few hours later to check the problem. He spent only a few minutes to fix the problem. He told me one of the bottom steel brackets was out of line with the other bottom bracket on the other inner side of garage door not making the garage door to open or close correctly. Thanks to Steve and to Perri.
