I was disappointed. I called and explained what I wanted done and was quoted $1200. When tech arrived he said $1599. The tech was very nice, answered questions and took measurements. I now have to re-think due to large cost increase - 2.5 stars

I chose precision because I have used them in the past twice before, once at my current home 8 years ago, and before that at another home, and was happy both times. The tech was very friendly, courteous, professional, clean cut, in a professional looking uniform, and came right in middle of given window, and had everything done in no time at all, and done right most importantly, and I was able to get them in on a Monday when I only called over the weekend :)

We actually didn't have any work done, he just inspected our system. He was courteous and easy to talk with. Did a great job. I can't give a 5/5 so will have to give you a 4. I almost canceled as when I called on Sunday to make the appointment the woman told me someone would call first thing Monday morning with a time. I told her I would be picking up my in-laws at the airport at 12. No one called and driving from the airport a tech called and said I will be there in 10 min. I said, I'm not home. No one called with an appointment. He said I will call the office. He called back and said we can be there first thing in the am. Then some one from the office called and said we can't be there in the am. Such confusion.

The Technican (Gary) was pleasant & professional and the work was completed in a timely fashion (FIVE STARS for Technican) Springs have a 5 year warranty But..... You were an un-excusable 6 1/2 hours late, and since I made the appointment on Tuesday, you were actually 11 1/2 hours late because I should have been the 1st customer, not the last. I spoke with your customer service 4 times, and they never spoke about the extra Center Bearing, Hardware, & Disposal fees. So the $90 service fee savings was only a net savings of $22

Our repairman, Cody, was excellent. Courteous, professional, and fast. Corey repaired our garage door opener. He replaced rollers and springs and was done with the job in an hour or so. I hope this young man gets credit for doing a great job for us and saving my husband time, money, and headaches!! Marie Chapman

We contacted Precision because they performed work for us before and are very happy with past experiences. Gary diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what needed to be done to repair the opener, performed the repair quickly and made any adjustments to ensure the door would open and close correctly. Would not hesitate call and use Precision in the future if needed.

Excellent product; very good installation. One suggestion - have the installers make a final check for misc'l. bolts, screws and other potential tire-piercing debris on the garage floor as part of their final work. The installers otherwise did a fine job.
