Brandon came out for a trouble shoot/repair for a lift master garage door opener that was not working correctly after a power outage. He not only reprogrammed the unit but explained what happened and how to adjust it in the future. He also provided very helpful info. On how to tell when spring/pulley maintenance/replacement should occur. He was very quick, Informative,and courteous. Precision will be the only one called for ANY further maintenance!

I had my garage doors installed 3 years ago and just had a service check done just to make sure everything was in working order. The technician was great checked all the parts and lubed hinges. I give Precision a 5 star for their incredible service and commitment. I had precision install a torsion spring type garage door setup for me last march. Towards the end of last yr and into this yr, I started getting a bind when closing the garage door via the opener. I was able to get through the winter months by adjusting the door opener to compensate for the bind but it kept getting worse. A week back, the door started reversing back as soon as it felt a bind and would no longer close using the door opener. I reached out to Precision because I could not see any objects or binds and felt it was time to seek professional help. The tech showed up, spent a bit of time and could not find anything wrong. He eventually decided to redo the torsion spring setup all over again. Right away the bind was gone and the garage door now closed as expected. I was initially charged a service fee since the warranty ran out after 1 yr but when I left a note for management, Steve (the owner) called me back. Upon my explanation, he took full ownership of the issue and gave me a full refund. I am grateful to Steve and Precision for standing behind their work and doing things right. I will be a repeat customer for life, a big thanks to this wonderful experience.

I requested a code change for my garage door. A gentlemen by the name of Cody came and erased the old code and programmed the new code for the control box, 2 remotes, & the button on my rear view mirror in my car. He was professional, knowledgeable, and just a really nice guy. I'm very happy with the job he did for me.
