I needed my garage door opener checked out and had no idea where to call. I received the coupon mailer and saw an add and coupon sheet for Precision Door Service. I called and they made an appointment same day I couldn't believe it. The service technician Cody called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was more than professional and very pleasant. I was skeptical of being talked into or being sold and new garage door opener rather than a repair. Quite the opposite. Cody was so knowledgeable and new immediately what the problem was and repaired my garage door opener within an hour. Reset all my remotes and adjusted the springs even so there was less tension on the opening of the door. I was absolutely impressed. Everything was done and my garage door was working again. I used the coupon for the repair and the cost was so affordable I was sorry I hadn't called sooner. I do not typically write reviews, but I am in the service industry and know how important they are to a company so I had to complete one with the great service I received. This is a 5 star company for sure. Timely, efficient, courteous and affordable. Use them, you won't be disappointed.

From the first phone call to the prompt courteous service, we were very pleased with the company. Brian knew how to fix our door and completed the work in about 10 minutes. He also looked to make sure the other parts of the door were in working order. Very professional.

Thanks for the repair of the broken cable. My input is to have a yearly check for any loose or weak spring or cable, so we can further damages and this is very dangerous if the broken cable or spring swing into the person close to the garage.

5 Stars! We are new residents and the family of the previous owner did not know the entry codes and one of the openers did not work. Brian Ford came and within half an hour: installed our keypad and we put in our code; fixed the two openers so that we could open (2 car garage) either door with either opener and installed 4 new pulleys. He went over the operation with us very clearly and concisely! He was efficient, courteous and extremely neat about his work. He explained about the warranties on parts and labor. Additionally, he had called 20 minutes before his arrival and let us know his ETA. Wonderful professionalism from your representative. We will recommend Precision to our friends and neighbors.
